Queen mother cried out as the gun discharged,
Black hate Killed her son dead, Queen mother took it hard.
Over red tennis shoes this life didn't matter at all,
At the hand of targeted black youth, the prince had to fall.
Black on Black hate, two for one, yet again,
Black will die in prison for the murder, and nobody wins.
There was no outrage for loss of life, no protesting in the streets,
Just Queen mother, a broken heart and a dead son for having red tennis shoes on his feet.
